According to the Daily Telegraph, Rachel Monaghan, prosecuting, told Guildford Crown Court: 'She received an email from him with an attachment. When she opened the attachment she was very frightened and distressed by what she saw.'
The footage showed a woman in a T-shirt with her lower underwear exposed being kicked by a group of men. Miss Monaghan said: 'She was lying on the ground and her face was bloody. A male stood above her head and dropped what looked like a concrete breeze block on her head. 'It appeared she was dead.' The court was told that the accompanying message said this was the fate of adulterous women as laid down in the Old Testament.
